Flammia's Integrated Touch (FIT) is a specialty. The completion of a 1000 hour training in conjunction with a Nautilus training for trainers, independent study of many forms of  exercise programs, many workshop hours and thousands of sessions with  hundreds of clients aimed at improving, posture, breath and athletic prowess as well as reducing the body conditions realized by a full and stressful life is a scratch on the surface that as to what makes up  “Flammia's Integrated Touch".

You are to be commended for seeking out human touch as a resource for helping to resolve issues that you may be dealing with. Many overlook this simple path that may result in a reduction of pain, a resolution of long standing internal or  external conflict resulting in a better sense of well being.

Massage or touch is something that can be done anywhere at anytime when there is a willing giver and a willing and consenting receiver. The touch I speak of is nonsexual and nonviolent.  If you are looking for sex and/or violence, you are in the wrong place.
